General Shipping Information
All orders ship from Ottawa, Canada
Please allow 1-2 days order processing time. All jewelry is made specifically for you and requires time.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Any free shipping codes used will apply free standard shipping to the order. This is the cheaper shipping option offered and is not tracked for US and International orders.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is $10 and is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders usually arrive between 3-7 business days, however, I cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
If you live in the Ottawa area I offer free local delivery which can be selected at checkout. Packages will be delivered within a week unless stated otherwise.
Shipping to the US
Two methods are available for US customers:
- $8 Standard shipping (Not tracked)
- $12 Upgraded shipping (Tracked)
Orders are usually delivered within within 5-10 business days however, I cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
Shipping Worldwide (outside Canada and the US)
One method is available for international customers:
- $30 shipping (Tracked)
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainability is extremely important to Wild Cherry Jewelry. All items are packaged without plastic and all packaging is completely curbside recyclable!*
- Shipping labels are printed on recyclable labels made from post-consumer paper
- Cardboard boxes are recyclable/compostable
- All paper products are recyclable/compostable
- 100% cotton bags are meant to be kept with your jewelry but are compostable
*Some overseas orders must be taped to protect the shipping label. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable in some circumstances. But, this is why we eliminate plastic in the rest of our packaging!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that Wild Cherry Jewelry is not responsible for missing packages. If you are concerned about your package getting lost it is recommended that you purchase tracked shipping. All tracked options come with insurance to ensure you receive compensation if your package is lost.
Wrong Address
In the event that we are provided with the incorrect address or a part of your address is missing, Wild Cherry Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been sent, we are unable to change any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us in the event of an incorrect address the second shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
All jewelry is made to order specifically for you. Due to this, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your sizing is correct before ordering. If you would like help with sizing please contact us.
In the event that an item comes damaged or your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately and we will be glad to resolve the issue.
